Corrections ledger

When DCRA corrects a value, or a project's status changes, the change is recorded here with its date, what the record said before, and the source for the new value. Nothing is edited out quietly.

Anyone can ask for a value to be checked. Each request needs a source, and a person reviews it against that source before anything changes. Accepted changes are listed here and link to their public submission.
