QTS's Richmond data center occupies a former semiconductor fab on about 220 acres in White Oak Technology Park, acquired in 2010. QTS's FY2018 10-K describes 110 MW of utility power from Dominion Virginia Power backed by diesel generators and more than 500,000 ft² of raised floor with a path to over 1 million.
